The Dream Homes on the Parade of Homes support the Housing First Minnesota Foundation’s work toward building safe housing for Minnesotans in need of shelter with a vision of ending homelessness. Dream Homes are hand-selected by our Housing First Minnesota Foundation and feature exquisite craftsmanship, intricate design details, and the ability to inspire every visitor.
Your Dream Home or Remodeled Dream Home admission benefits the Housing First Minnesota Foundation. Each Dream Home requires a $5 admission, paid at the door. Thank you for supporting those who need a safe place to call home. Please Note: Dream Home admission is cashless. Credit card payment only.
Housing First Minnesota Foundation is a mission-driven organization focused on partnerships that lead community build projects for vulnerable individuals, families, and veterans who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
The Parade of Homes tour is free with the exception of the Dream Homes and Remodeled Dream Homes. Ticket is required for anyone above the age of ten and is non-refundable. Ticketholder grants Housing First Minnesota and its members permission to use images, likenesses, actions or statements in audio, video or photographic reproduction without further authorization or compensation. Ticketholder acknowledges, accepts, and assumes all risk in his/her participation and attendance in the Parade which is undertaken with the knowledge and risk of the possibility of injury, illness, harm, and/or death, including without limitation, potential exposure to COVID-19. Ticketholder waives and discharges Housing First Minnesota and its members, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability resulting from any harm to Ticketholder. Ticketholder warrants he/she has not exhibited any COVID-19 symptoms (i.e. fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat or flu-like symptoms during the past 10 days). Under IRS Guidelines, the estimate value of the benefit received is notsubstantial, therefore, the full amount of your payment is a deductible contribution.
