Full kitchen pull and replace, new walk-thru butler’s pantry, laundry (with dog kennel), closets, new French door entryway system, fireplace, flooring throughout, and LED lighting upgrades, along with additional undercabinet and countertop lighting. Cambria everywhere. Local artisans contributed to the amenities including a copper wall accent from the Netherlands, the kitchen island wishbone base, and a forged-iron staircase. A half-bath update finished off this extensive remodel marked by a very modern style of textures and color.
