This newly remodeled home, once a Parade home in the early 90s, features a fresh floor plan for the main level. The original homeowners loved the location, neighborhood, and the fact that their home backed up to a 230-acre community park. However, their small kitchen layout and formal spaces no longer suited their needs. A fresh take on the main-level layout allowed for an island rounding 11’ in length as well as a hidden pantry. Gourmet appliances, a chef-central focus and connection with the outdoors and interior seating spaces maximizes function for entertaining.
