We “popped the top” on this common rambler style home, so we could offer a spacious primary suite up on a new second level complete with a private - yet light-filled bedroom, large walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, office, and flex/workout room. Adding a new bedroom preserved a secondary primary suite on the main level for a parent to move in when required.

With a mix of wood and black accents, an impressive exterior makeover forms a new showpiece for the neighborhood with its dramatic and contemporary appeal. The two-story window spotlights the open stairs and bathes both levels in natural light.

Warm earth tones complement the inside as well to create a relaxed atmosphere for the main level. A stone surround for the 72-inch electric fireplace, custom cherry cabinetry, and engineered hardwood flooring radiate an inviting feeling throughout the space.

Brushed metallic aluminum backsplash, cooler, ice maker, and specialty coffee machine elevate the beverage bar experience for the owners as well as guests. The free-floating, floor-to-ceiling wine bottle display and built-in buffet elegantly bookend the butler’s pantry complete with dishwasher and sink. While being both durable and beautiful, the quartz countertops and black fixtures provide a cohesive aesthetic.

Client choice upgrades include smart controls for lighting and integrated shades on the new Pella windows to make comfort and control ultimate touches for the homeowners.
