This ‘05 home desired a transitional clean look. We updated the layout and color tones of the home w/white cabinets, white oak island, corner shelves and hood valance. Added a splash of black w/plumbing and hardware as well as a beverage cabinet. The quartz backsplash adds a fresh look to the space. A walk-in pantry was a must have. We removed a desk area to create desired space. This new area serves as a pantry and storage for appliances. The GR was updated w/new ledgestone on the FPL and granite hearth. Wood floors were sanded and stained a lighter color. Trim was freshened up. New paint on the main floor gives this home a brand-new feel.
