Cedar Design Build found this 1940s cottage Tudor in the Minikahhda Vista neighborhood in need of some care and updating. We cleared away overgrown trees and shrubs, and we installed new landscaping and sod. The breezeway became the mudroom with custom cabinets, while we preserved the original wood ceiling.
