What’s the optimal way to tour the Parade of Homes and Remodelers Showcase? It all starts with a solid plan and the right tools. These tips will help you tour like a pro.
Our Parade of Homes and Remodelers Showcase guidebooks have details on the hundreds of new and remodeled homes that are open to tour all throughout the Twin Cities. Use the directories to find the city, builder or remodeler, or type of home you’re looking to explore. Plus, find plenty of trending home content for some light reading.
ParadeofHomes.org can be accessed from any device. Scroll through the homes, mark your favorites to plan your route, and save or share your searches with others. Each home has detailed directions that connect directly to Google or Apple maps. You can also find useful articles and data on the Resources tab and even more home inspiration in the photo galleries and on the blog.
In order to keep the floors clean and looking pristine, we ask that all tour-goers remove their shoes and wear disposable booties. Make sure to wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off!
Every home will be staffed by representatives of the builder or remodeler. They’ll be able to tell you all about the home details—so say hi and ask away!

There’s no shortage of incredible residences on the Parade of Homes, but these four amazing homes have been selected by our BATC-Housing First Minnesota Foundation as this fall’s Dream Homes. These four beauties from Homes By Tradition, Highmark Builders, Carl M. Hansen Companies and Trestle Homes will leave you in awe. Plus, a $5 tax-deductible entry fee to each of these four homes will go to the BATC-Housing First Minnesota Foundation to support their mission of building and remodeling homes and facilities for veterans and the homeless.
